SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
Merchandise Orders
It is our intention to provide the best merchandise available, with our utmost attention at all times. Most orders will ship out within one (1) week to ten (10) days. Please review the shipping and returns policy below. Should you have any questions or concerns, please contact us at Info@Jacquieforall.com. Depending on your items and, the quantity ordered, we will choose the most economically appropriate shipping method.
Shipping Policy
All merchandise shipped within the United States is shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) flat rate priority mail. International, Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped by US Mail and shipping is charged accordingly. Most mainland US orders will arrive within 3 business days. All shipping rates include delivery confirmation. USPS Ground Shipping rates are as follows:
Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date for manufacturer's defect or damage in route only. Claims must be made in writing within 24 hours of reciept of items. Special/custom orders are non-returnable.
Backorder Items
Backorder items will be noted in your order. Whenever possible, we will hold the order for a reasonable amount of time so it can ship in its entirety. |
