Merchandise Orders

Shipping Policy
All merchandise shipped within the United States is shipped by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail. International, Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped by US Mail and shipping is charged accordingly. USPS Ground Shipping rates are as follows:

Returns
Returns are accepted within 14 days of the original purchase date for manufactures defect or damage in route only. Claims must be made by phone or in writing within 24 hours of reciept of items. Special/custom orders are non-returnable.
Backorder Items
Backorder items will be noted in your shipped order, and, may require an additional shipping charge at a later date. Whenever possible, we will hold the order for a reasonable amount of time so it can ship in its entirety.
